Long & Short Term Disability — We offer long-term and short term disability plans that cover up to of 50% of your salary at no cost to you.
Medical Reimbursement Plan — This plan enables employees to pay for certain benefits with pre-tax dollars, thereby saving them from paying Federal, and in some cases, State Income Tax, on those expenses.
Savings Incentive Match Plan (SIMPLE) IRA — Total Scope will match any contribution made, dollar for dollar, up to 3% of eligible compensation. All money contributed to the plan is vested immediately.
